• Loss history — prior policy information, loss runs, claims history, open and closed claims, and circumstances surrounding past incidents.

Optional quote contact autofill

If you check the optional 'Remember my contact details' box on our short quote form, we place a secure, HttpOnly cookie on this device for up to 30 days. The browser stores a random credential, not your name, email address, phone number, business name, or state. When you return, our server uses that credential to retrieve only the contact details you previously entered and fill the short form. No insurance or driver information is remembered by this feature.

Do not enable this feature on a shared device: another person using the same browser could see the saved contact details. Select 'Forget saved details' on the quote form to revoke this browser's credential and clear the autofill data, or clear this site's cookies. This does not delete your previously submitted quote request, which remains subject to our normal agency record-retention obligations.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to support active policies, complete renewals, document service requests, respond to claims, evaluate employment candidates, consider applicants for future openings where appropriate, comply with carrier requirements, and meet legal or regulatory recordkeeping obligations. After that period, information may be archived, anonymized, or deleted consistent with our retention schedule and applicable law.

Your choices

Business owners can choose what information to share when requesting a quote or service. Some information is required to evaluate, place, or service coverage — without it, we may not be able to obtain quotes or complete service requests.

Job candidates may choose whether to apply, but the contact information and resume identified as required on the careers form are necessary for us to review an application.

Children's privacy
